MILAN Former Italy manager Arrigo Sacchi has been named coach of Italian Serie A Parma, ANSA news agency reported on Tuesday.

Sacchi, who said he was retiring from coaching when he stepped down at Atletico Madrid in February 1999, takes over from Alberto Malesani, who was sacked on Monday.
